BurnAware (Free) is a CD burning tool that can burn CD�s, DVD�s, and blu-ray discs. It supports all the standard features you expect in a CD burner. The interface makes the program easy to use and gives you a handy menu where you can select what you want to burn.
There is also a paid version that offers CD copying, however you can also make an image first and then burn that image will give the same result :)
Microsoft Image Composite Editor is a very handy and free tool from Microsoft. Unlike other panorama composite software, this one automatically stitches the photos for you. You don�t even need to position the photos or set the order. Simply drag and drop the photos to the application, and the rest is done for you. If you have made a 360 degree photo, you can export it as a 3D panorama photo in web format.
Cheat Engine is designed to tamper with the stored values in the memory. This can be useful if you want to cheat in a (online) game. The process is pretty easy. First you select what process or program you want to search in. If it�s an online game, then you select the browser you are running the game in. If it�s a normal game, then simply select the game from the process list. If you know the exact value you are searching for (example 100 for health), then select �exact value� and start a �first scan�. Once you lost some health, enter the new value (example 90) and click on Next Scan. Keep doing this until the result list is reduced to just a few results. Double click on one of the results to send it to the list below and either freeze the number by clicking on the checkbox, or enter a new value by double clicking on it in the list below. All too complicated? Don�t worry, there is a tutorial included.
If you do not know what number to search for, but you do know when that number increases, decreases or remains the same, then start the first scan with �unknown initial value� and afterwards select �decreased value� or �increased value� or �unchanged�.
Another useful feature is the �Enable Speedhack� option. This will attempt to slow down the game and can be useful in games that rely on your speed to get high scores. However it does not always work, but worth a try.
IE Tester is a tool that helps you test your website on Internet Explorer versions 5.5 to 8. Unfortunately there are still many people and even companies that still use old version of Internet Explorer (about 10% still uses IE6!!!).
The program is in version 0.x, so I assume it�s still in beta and thus a bit instable. But the only alternative out there is Multiple IE. However I found that Multiple IE does not render exactly the same as the old browsers do on a native machine.
Sidebar Gadget: Bar Clock Inspired by Phillipe Starck design. Filled bar is the minutes, number is the hours and moving line is the seconds. Front and back color can be changed in the settings.
Note: This gadget uses Adobe Flash. Windows 7 64-bit does not have a flash player available yet for the Gadgets. However, you can still use this gadget by running the 32 bit version of the sidebar rather than the 64 bit. Click here to learn how.
Calendar Black is a modified version of the default Calendar Gadget (by Microsoft). I was looking for a dark version of the default Calendar gadget, but could not find a decent looking one, so I decided to make one myself (or rather modify it).
