CCleaner
CCleaner (formerly known as Crap Cleaner) is specialized in cleaning files and registry keys from your system that are no longer needed. Sure there are many many many other system cleaning tools out there, but what makes CCleaner good is that they have lots of experience and thus know exactly what files and registry keys can go and what files you better not touch. The program is light (loads fast) and extremely simple to use. Just start the program, click on what you want to clean (Cleaner to clean files, and Registry to clean registry), click on Analyze to see a preview on what is to be deleted or if you fully trust that all will be fine just click on Run Cleaner and the preview will be skipped. Optionally you are asked if you wish to save a backup of the deleted registry keys.
More than that it also has an uninstall feature to uninstall programs (although I prefer Revo Uninstaller), a startup items tool (I prefer StartupCPL), a way to manage your system restore points, exclude certain folders from cleaning and include certain folders to always clean.

Audio Dedupe
If you have tons of music and you wish to clean up your music library from duplicate songs and keep the ones with the highest bit-rate, then Audio Dedupe is what you need. Audio Dedupe does not compare music by idental ID3 tags or hash values, but rather does a spectral analysis on every song (and saves it in a database for later use if you choose to save it). It then presents to you the duplicates it has found in �group� and auto checks the ones with the lowest bit-rate for deletion. You can choose to either move the checked duplicates to a folder, or delete them. It saved me over 3.5 Gb of disk space on duplicate files :)
Audio Dedupe can be fully tested with a limitation of showing 10 groups of duplicates. The full version costs $29.95, but it�s well worth it.

Firefox Addon: Read it Later
Do you find yourself on a website that you find interesting but do not have time yet to read it? You can create a bookmark but that will only add a �temporary� bookmark that you do not wish to keep between your permanent bookmarks once you have read it.
Read it Later allows you to create quick bookmarks simply by clicking on the
icon in the address bar. The page and reading position will be saved in the Read it Later list. Later when you have time or when you are home, you can click on the bookmark and read it. When you are done reading simply click on 
and it will be removed from the list.You can also create an online account with Read it Later to sync your bookmarks with the online server so that you can have your Read it Later bookmarks on another computer (if you have the plugin installed and logged in to the account).
