PickPick is a free (for personal use) screen capture multitool. With PickPick you can easily create screenshots from your desktop, pick any color, have a color palette handy, magnify portions of your desktop, measure the distance or angle of items on your screen in pixels, have a crosshair for displaying exact coordinates on your screen or a whiteboard to draw anything on your screen.
PickPIck also comes with a neat image editor that uses the new Microsoft Ribbon (from the new Office) interface. The image editor can resize and crop your images and save them in a few popular formats like jpg, gif, bmp, png and pdf.
I use this tool on a daily basis to get colors, screenshots and quickly crop and resize images.
